Hugo Chavez officially a dictotor

The chickens are coming to roost. Now that all those anti-American antics have paid off, Hugo Chavez is going to do what every would-be dictator dreams to do. It's official. Hugo Chavez is a dictator. He's going to assume full and unbridled powers and nationalise oil companies. As of now, its only for next 18 months but which dictator has given up power once he has acquired it? It also shows that anti-Americanism is just a cynical cover for power grab. As with Putin, so with Chavez. At least there is a sense of tragedy about Putin's Russia, a sense of missed opportunities. But with Chavez one can only laugh a sardonic laugh.
