As US turns to centre, Europe shuns it

While the Democrat victory in the US was seen by some as the return to the Centre, Europe is steadily lurching towards the extremes. Both the Far Right and Far Left are gathering pace in recent elections across the continent. The far right is gaining on immigration and probably Islam and the far Left is gaining on anti-globalisation plank. This means short term chaos and long term indecisiveness.
Times says that Europe is losing its leaders.
But, voters are clear about one thing though. They don't want more of EU.
