APEC in Vietnam and Ridiculous Bush

While all three statesmen seemed to be enjoying the moment, US President Bush couldn't help but feel a little bit ridiculous in the traditional Vietnamese garb.
For crying out loud, why should Bush alone feel ridiculous? If anything it's Putin who is looking a bit uncomfotable. Small hint of BDS at Spiegel?
Coming back to APEC meeting, everything went so smoothly in Vietnam. Look at the debacle in Melbourne. Probably it will be a good idea to hold these meetings exclusively in Communist countries. No anti-globalization protesters there!
